If you do not know about soapnote.org, you do now! I personally
think it is the best thing since sliced bread. Several of my classmates have purchased
supplemental SOAP note books to assist them in clinic and with writing
assignments. I have been contemplating it, have looked at several books, but never really found anything I liked. Then
I found this website yesterday. Done and done!
